    I think that synned ones are only half a syn, but this is based on a post on here from a good while ago, so you might want to check. I keep buying yogurts I think are syn free but aren't!

    I'm confused. I bought some FF natural onken today, there'd no flash on the front, but it does say no added ingredients. So, this means no sweetner. But there's not sugar either. 48kcals per 100g. Does this mean it's an old pot, or a new one?

    Hi, is there a rule to follow on this, or should I check each product with one of the lovely people on this forum? I'm using the EE Food Optimising book, which says TVP is free, has it changed or just some brands? Thanks!
