    If you make a green thickie, It will definitely fill you up until your next meal. Take a fruit smoothie and add leafy greens for energy and as many oats as you would put in a bowl of porridge. This is more filling that a bowl of porridge.

    Also I forgot to add that it takes a few days to get used to fewer calories so after starting to reduce portion sizes, your stomach will need to shrink so you might feel hungry for a few days. Then you will get used to it provided you don't have any binges.

    Why dairy is so addictive

    It is so addictive and so bad for us. I believe it causes so many health problems, simple things that people aren't even aware of. If you give it up for a long time, your taste buds change and it smells different and doesn't appeal after a while.

    As I am a vegan, I really miss most sweet things as can't eat very much processed sweet treats now. I miss maltesers, milk chocolate, naan bread, halloumi cheese, feta cheese - but wouldn't actually be able to stomach it anymore anyway.

    If you eat a completely unprocessed diet there is pretty much protein in everything. You can get enough protein by just eating fruit and greens with a few nuts and seeds. People eat far too much protein anyway and are obsessed by it. What about all the other nutrients?
