    Day Two B- 2 slices of wholemeal toast (hexb) with baked beans and a banana. L - jacket potato with 30g cheese and salad. T - pasta with homemade veg sauce and 30g parmesan. Btw, I can have up to 5 hexa as I'm breastfeeding :-)

    Day One B- 2 bananas and a muller light yoghurt L - Roast chicken, roast pots, veg, gravy (1 syn) and toffee meringue (no idea of syns!). T- Salad, chicken, three slices of cheese and tomato flatbread and 2 pieces of garlic bread. Lots of syns today but we were at the in laws for new years day...
