    1st weigh in!

    I started ww on sunday so not a week yet but wanted thursday as my weigh in day (only day im home in the morning) ..... and have lost 3lb! was very pleased with it seeing as its only been 5 days :)

    I had a lovely fruit salad for breakfast, then had a cheese salad sandwich and ww yogurt for lunch still have about 18pp left im off to work at 4pm and wont be home til nearly 11 but not feeling very hungry?? :confused:

    2nd day today... yesterday was fine so trying to resist the birthday cake in the kitchen! although had a look online and it said 6points? Todays food Breakfast 1 boiled egg 1 slice wholemeal toast a banana and cup of tea. Lunch was a tuna salad in a ww pitta bread with a ww yogurt Dinner...
