    CRASHED ON DAY 1 OF CD!

    I agree 100% with sinead and kira, I would try leave your last shake until a bit later that way you won't be starving come 7 or 8 o'clock, it's a bit easier for me though as I'm on 4 shakes a day so I'm able to space them out a bit more!! Just wondering if I'm the only strange one on here or if there's more than me, my diet now purely consists of 4 choc mint shakes a day as I don't like anything else, rather have the same thing I enjoy everyday than have a variety of different packs and be forcing them down me lol...

    Telling others your on the Cambridge diet!

    I've not told anyone that I'm on the diet apart from my mum!! can just imagine the comments about it from the boys in the pub or anyone else for that matter, apart from anything else it stops ppl from saying have you lost weight when theyre only saying it because they know your on a diet...

    Chewing Gum

    I txt my CDC and asked him, sugar free gum is allowed but it can fool your body into thinking you are going to eat and might make you hungry, but won't knock you out of ketosis! Think I'll give it a try if needed and if I start to feel hungry just drink some more water lol, got to be better...

    Hey! Try not to beat yourself up about it, I can't imagine many people manage this diet without the odd slip up every now and again, I'm only on my first week and have already been tempted on many occasions, haven't given in yet but it's not to say it won't happen. Just look at your losses...

    Anyone else feeling very full up after shakes?
