    0.5lb down for me, bit disappointed but I know while I've been eating well I haven't really been tracking my syns so back to basics this week. on a positive note that 0.5lb actually brings me to my first stone off so I am really happy with that and people starting to notice the weight loss now...

    Yay I've finally made it to this group (just!) 10st 13 1/2lb today. Delighted, been so long since I was 10 stone anything and was away in Madrid last weekend and wasn't sticking to plan fully although I did try to make good ish choices and we walked so much there so I'm sure that helped. onwards...

    Chin up! I think the reason people are re-educated on this diet is that it makes you realise the size of the food portions you used to eat. On this diet you eat miniscule amounts yet you usually dont feel hungry also because you are getting good nutrients from the shakes and bars etc people...

    Just wanted to wish you luck, i'm on week1 myself but doing SS+. My only advice is keep drinking lots of water, and hold out until you hit ketosis where you will start to feel like a normal person again ! It is difficult at times but from what i've read its much harder the more times you break...

    Feel so guilty!

    If you dont take your three shakes then your body doesnt get it nutrients for the day (mouthful of food will not give daily nutrients) as a result your body will go into starvation mode which means you will be more likely to gain weight as your body will store food. Take your shakes and drink...

    i'm only on day 4 and on SS+ so cant comment on dizziness except to say that this sounds worrying. Are you drinking enough water, or suffer from low blood pressure or low blood sugars? To be honest i'd say you should get them checked as both could cause dizziness and could get worse if left...
