    Experiences on first week of cd

    Hi, I was also sick on my first day I goin it hell but thought if I don't stick to it I won't lose weight. I'm day 5 now and everything seems a lot easier :-) it does get better

    Very active job

    I have to do a lot of moving around and rushing to and from meetings all day some of which are a further walk away than others. I find if I drink plenty of water I feel fine.
