    oh my god i got weighed on thursday i had lost 8.5lb i could not belive it. i am still in shock but so happy!!

    remember too if you are going to the gym regular you will be gaining muscle which will way heavier than before so you are getting healthy but not seeing it in weight loss as your muscle is building up don t get too down about it try drinking loads of water and the super free foods. leanne x

    just finished my first week had my weigh in last night and i had lost 4lb i was over the moon deffo gunna stick with this diet loving it you are all doing so well keep the work up x x
