This is my first proper diet and started SS on Friday was doing really well until tonight when my husband pushed me and pushed me into have some pizza I no I should of said no but he really convinced me it was a good idea feel good as my headaches gone but terrible as I feel like a failure...

I started on SS on Friday my weight was 10stone 5 Not feeling to good so far really feel like giving in I'm not hungry I just feel bad tempered and have really bad headaches will it get better? Trying to loose 1 stone I'll update you with my results on Friday

I started on SS on Friday just gone and broke it tonight with some pizza I feel loads better as had really bad headaches, pins and needles in my hands/feel but terrible inside like I've failed Going to carry it on tomorrow can anyone give me and strong words of advice think I need it :-(
