    I wouldn't suggest weighing often. weigh Once a week if you feel you need to. I bet with your boot camp you will be building muscle , often water retention etc can make the scales vary. Are you using measurements as well? I'd highly suggest that. The scales can be naughty sometimes!

    Don't listen to the scales...It could be any reason they were up. No body puts on 3.5lb overnight chick. put those scales away! concentrate on how you feel, you are bang on with your meals atm. just watch your syn Intake and exercise when you get chance to and you will feel better in no time !
