I'm a Brit who has recently moved to San Diego. I did SW in the UK with some success and would love to do it here, but I'd find it hard without a meeting to attend. Has anyone joined SW USA online and had success with it? I can't decide whether to sign up or not. I do hope SW decide to open more...

I put it on a baking tray and use olive oil Frylight (you could use any) to spray it liberally. Then I sprinkle with salt and bake on about 200 for 5 mins. It burns easily so don't leave it in too long! It's lovely, unlike raw kale!

Speedy butternut squash soup (which I found by googling...yummy) with a slice of 400g Warburtons wholewheat bread, a couple of boiled eggs and kale baked with olive oil frylight (YUM). All a bit random, but it works!
