    I'm at my absolute heaviest I've ever been in my life! I too have a cupboard full of clothes that I can't wear because they don't fit me! It's ridiculous! I refuse to buy any more now...I'm going to HAVE to slim down to fit into the ones I've already got! :)

    I completely agree with this! We all have our little slips, but the fact you know why you've had a slip, stopped and vented on here means you are still in control! Get back on plan....you CAN do it! x

    Lady Jo's CC journey 6st to lose...

    Sleep is a brilliant new years resolution! I'm terrible for not getting enough sleep....then feeling groggy and tired and turning to food to try and 'make me feel better' ....wrong, wrong, wrong!!! Think I'm going to aim to be in bed for 10pm on work day nights, and 11pm on weekends. :) V x
