sushi syns

Please help me calculate the syn value of Itsu meals as I am confused! I ate an Omega 3 salmon supreme for lunch and can't work out if this is 2 syns based on the weight of sushi (because I think 100g of fish sushi is 2 syns) or if I need to syn in based on calorie content. Any advice greatly...
