Hello CarrieclausNot really started today, I will restart properly on Saturday 1st. Had porridge breakfast, baked potato with tuna, reduced fat salad cream, cheese and spring onion for tea, a few too many baileys ( but the bottle is done now so that’s outta the house 😂) and some quality street
