This is a sw recipe, but f those of u that dont have the book, just cant miss out on them, they are lush!!!!
Ingredients :
175g Self raising flour
75g Anchor lighter spreadable
12tbsp artificial sweetner
60g Choc chips
3 tbsp very low fat fromage frais
1 egg yolk.
Method :

Method :
- Preheat oven to 180c & line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- sift flour into a bowl, add spread and rub into breadcrumbs.
- Sprinkle over the sweetner and mix well.
- Stir in choc chips, fromage frais & egg yolk, then knead with your hands to make a dough. (If its really wet add a little more flour)
- This mixture is based on making 18 cookies at 3.5 syns each. to make them less syns make them smaller.
- So for all of the dough its 63 syns, so how ever many you make divide by that number to calculate the syns.
