How much water

They say to drink 2.25 litres but by drinking more ate you finding the weight is coming off quicker ??
I start the diet tomorrow :)

As long as you don't drink too little water then it doesn't really affect your weight loss x
 
I'm consultant has said that drinking more water doesn't effect the weight loss but can help the fat burning. Don't know how true that is x
 
Well, i always drink a 2 litre bottle of fizzy water, at least 3 large mugs of black coffee, and sometimes i have a can of coke zero.

I know that some people drink LOADS more than that, but the recommended amount is 2.25 litres, and if you needed to drink more to lose weight, CD would advise us to drink more (but they dont!).

Thank you . I think you've hit the nail on the head , I did the lighter life 5 years ago and we had to drink a minimum of 4 but due to other reasons it changed didn't it , and now I'm contemplating does it actually make a difference

Well thank you guys for your help x keep me posted how your weight loss is going , as I start today :)
 
I am so glad to see this thread. I am on day 10 and really starting to struggle with the water. I have done the 3 ltrs up until yesterday, but just cant seem to get it down today. Would much rather some black tea or Coke zero! Am not going to beat myself up in future about having 3 litres. :cool:
 
Just thought I'd give you an update I'm on my second litre so far ! It's my first day today . So slowly but surely :)
