If there's any NV on the bottle, just divide the calories by 20 . . . . 1 syn for every 20 cals.
I googled the question & found a site that recon'd . . . 125ml glass of stowells is only 60 calories therefore 3 syns. You'll just have to work out how many 125 ml servings you get out of a bottle

Nothing on the bottle but I googled the calories for it which is 500 for the bottle so 25 syns.. not bad as I thought. . Was leaving 40 syns spare so I have 15 syns to play with now .
