NEW to slimming world HELP!!

Hi all I joined slimming world yesterday after putting it off for a while but just realised I have booked to take my nieces to Rainforest Café on Saturday and they are so excited I cannot cancel

can anyone please recommend what I can eat as the menu is not very helpful and I don't want to go and not eat.

All help will be greatly appreciated!

There seem to be a number of different salads, which you could ask for with the dressing on the side, or not at all. And the grilled salmon looks nice.

thank you I just see the salmon must have missed it on the menu last time I looked so I think that's the winner!


any one have any idea how many syns will be in crispy chicken fillets?
