Quick question on 20kcal syn calc

Hello! quick question!

Based on general rule of thumb that if unknown calculate syn values on 20cal = 1syn

Does it work in reverse ? Burn 20 = redeem oneself by 1 syn?!

Eg in this pic was my 30 mins at gym = 26.5 syns?!

Big meal out last night and I'm trying to atone!!!

Afraid not - you never earn 'extra' syns. Your workout should be seen as boosting your weight loss and your body really needs most of the free foods to repair itself anyway so you shouldn't using syns to fill in your calorie gap?

Oh I'm not trying to earn extra to use, I'm trying to minimise damage from the excess used up last night
I'll just not use anymore this week and keep the high carb foods to a minimum!! Free veggie snacks it is and red days rest of week! X

The 20 cals = 1 syn rule only works when there is no free food value in the food eg crisps, cakes, biscuits, etc

Bless thanks! Been in the gym every night since that meal out. Holding my breath for stay the same at class tomorrow but I've a feeling the damage is done!! X
