Hi it's 1 syn for a tsp. I have some in the kitchen, it contains polenta and that's where the syns come from

If you need to use alot, and need to save your syns, you might be better just turning to your spice rack, and use normal herbs/spices/seasonings. I sometimes just use a bit of paprika and a crack of rock salt. Many people swear by oxo cubes, or a bit of bovril. Not tried it yet, but heard it's nice.
