Hello everyone,

I am new to this and new to slimming world. I started my journey on the 01/01/2013. In my first week I lost 6 1/2 lbs and now I am on my second week.

I was wondering if there is any slimming world chat rooms that I could tale part in? Doing slimming world online, I think it would be really good to chat with other members.

i too would like to know .how are you getting on with.planing your meals .if you cook a meal .you like make a extry meal .and freeze it .in notime you will have.a weeks meals .put away.so if you .dont wont to cook that night .you wont have to hope this helps you out .
