I'm swapping over from slimming world :D
Need something new to get me focused and hopefully weight watchers will help my portion control!! Excited to start :eating:

Day 1 - so far 22 SP

Fuel protioats golden syrup - 5SP
250mls skimmed milk - 3SP

Heinz lentil soup - 5SP
Kingsmill no crust bread x2 - 3SP

South Indian garlic chicken - 6SP

Will update if I eat more
