I've started a new thread because I cannot navigate myself around this site. I keep getting notifications on my phone as I use the iPhone app but I've know idea where to find the threads that have comments back. I have checked 'participated' but it only shows three threads ive commented on. I've tried 'suscribing' to threads but have no option to browse subscribed threads. Maybe I'm just stupid but I'm quite educated on a PC.

Can't help with the sausages or chorizo, hopefully someone else can check those for you.

But all the other items have no free food allowance, so are a straight 1 syn for every 20 calories :)

Italian Vegetarian Sausages, 6 pack, frozen, 50g each ½

The choriuzo is: 16 Syns per 100g on EE/Red so 35.5 per sausage

Thank you for your help, im just cautious of using that 1 Syn every 20 calorie rule, if that was the proper equation for SW Syns then you wouldn't need to enter fibre and portion size etc online

Yep, as jezzi says abo ve, unless it has a free food allowance that is exactly how the calculator calculates. If you havent entered a free food it will just divide the calories by 20 and ignore fat, protein etc. If you HAVE entered a free food allowance it will take this into account and so use the protein, fat etc.

Try entering the same item with and without free food and you'll see! :)

Oh thank you, I couldn't get my head around that calculation but I understand now.
So a jacket potato with cheese and beans from Spud-u-like would only Syn the cheese if used all HEA's as potato and beans free?
Or a ready made pasta dish - the pasta is free so that's why the 20 calorie rule can't be used?
