Hi
Does anyone know the syn values of the carte noir latte, caramel latte and cappuccino? I have seen them somewhere but now cant find them

Hi Laura, the latte macchiato are 4.5 syns each on all plans, cappuccino are 2.5 syns on all plans. The caramel latte, is this the Costa Latte - if so they are 4.5 syns each on all plans

It's the carte noir caramel one I should imagine they are about the same
