Eloquent hooligan
Hi all... here's a mix I did for a friends wedding in Ibiza March last year... the wedding was ace... at a mahoosive villa complete with pool overlooking the sea & with a bar area cum deck booth 
Word to the wise... never take a UDG bag of records via Sleazy Jet... the charge for extra luggage was more than the flight itself... luckily I had a rucksack for hand luggage so swapped all the tunes over & sent an empty record bag into the cargo & staggered on board with 100 tunes in a rucky...
The mix is a mixture of a gentle intro for the wedding party, the first dance & a Bally Eric builder for the sunset (would've been rude not to given the surroundings) & then into the party proper... in line with being a proper wedding set there was something old, something new, something borrowed (Abba CD) & something blue (if you count the moaning on Whyte)... a mix up of everything to cater for all ages.
The mix comes in just shy of 4 hours, was all done in one take last night & I've split the file into 4 sections to stream or download from Divshare
Please forgive some (if not all) of the mixing... & whilst it's far from perfect I'm leaving it as is coz:
a) The mix on the night wasn't perfick (& verrr' drunken) but was all about the atmosphere
b) I really can't face this set ever again for the foreseeable future (possibly will redo when I regain the will to live)
c) It's all about the tunes
