Hi I wondered if anyone knows the syn value of these little pots thank you

Had a look and it seems that the little pots are 42g each. 1 tbsp. of marmalade is 2 syns and 1 tbsp. weighs about 20g (according to an online calculator for jam quantities) so I'd say it would be 4.5 syns per pot as we round up. Hope this helps!
