What to do with sea bass?

Hi everyone,
Does anyone have a good sea bass recipe? It's on offer in Tesco at the moment but I have no idea what to do with it! I'd normally score fish and add chillis and lemongrass or something before baking it. Can I do that with sea bass or has anyone got any other ideas?
