    Thanks guys! Not too bad Toni, feeling really positive about it this time and staying away from the peperami's and such like! Haven't weighed this morning and not going to til Sunday.

    Change to menu, there was no bloody belly pork in Asda, gutted!! So its chicken breast, cabbage and some salad.

    Thank you ladyfelsham I'll take a look at that tonight when the baby has gone to bed
