Step 1 Sole Source Day 1 :)

Hi everyone

I have started the step one sole source today
My bmi is 28 and I want to get it down to 22
I wand wondering if anyone else had been on this diet with only a couple of stone to shift and how much you generally lose each week (especially the 1st week!)
I had the chocolate shake this morning and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was! Can't wait to try the other flavours now!
What are your favourites?

My favorites have to be the chocolate and the choc mint, but so far I have not had one that I don't like. I have tried Butterscotch, Strawberry, Mango and the choc ones...

How are you doing now day 3??
 
thanks for your reply mistiek, I am actually on day 4 now :)
I am doing ok, haven't eaten anything just the shakes but i am really dreading drinking them, they are not as nice as 1st thought
yesterday i could only manage 2 out of 3 as the thought of them was making me feel sick :/
has anyone else ever experienced this?

If you drink water after your shake it will dilute the minerals in your stomach and make you feel less nauseous :) you really should have all 3 even if you have to mix it to a paste and eat it on a spoon! I've got a bit sick of shakes to be honest! I do like the ready made chocolate ones though!! The maple and pecan porridge is fab too! Tastes like a treat and find it better than having a shake as its more like a meal and more filling, loving the veg soup too, I'm on day 5 xx
 
hi How are you doing? I'm on day 2, I have to say yesterday wasn't very good :-( hunger wise I'm ok, but I didn't like any of the food! the pecan and maple was horrible. I like the sweetness but it had a funny taste. the banana shake was ok until about 1/2 way through, then again just a funny taste and the soup (spicy tomato) as no better. I had them all but didn't enjoy them. I'm trying the original porridge now and I'll have the mango shake for lunch, here's hoping! I have 2 1/2 stone to lose, that will take my BM1 to 25, but I don't think it accounts for G cup boobs so I'll be happy at a size 12 clothes size!
 
I'm beginning to go off the products... Finding it harder each day, have discovered I love the leek and potato soup though! It is hard but just think of your goal and the gross taste will be worth it lol! X
 
ive discovered I love the chocolate shake, the pre made one, I add a little water and heat to make it hot chocolate. the leek and potato soup was ok last night as well. Maybe I'll be better when I can have a bar? at least if I don't really like it I'm not tempted to have more lol
 
Hi swan girl I'm now on day 7.. Got my first weigh in today so I'm quite excited. On day one I had the original porridge and thought I was gonna be physically sick but 6 days later I thoroughly enjoy it same goes for the soups and shakes. Hang in there it really does get better xx
