Hi all, can anyone give me advice on how to stick to the programme? I get to lunch time everyday and thing "a cappucino won't hurt" and then the diet is ruined. I can't even get past the first day! I have done Cambridge before and am returning for the third time. It seems a lot harder than the first time.I really want to lose weight and I know I can do it but willpower has left the building
