Inspiration and advice needed!

My BMI is 29.26 and the CDC thinks I should try the add a meal programme. I don't want to do that because if I start eating "real" food I will want to eat all the time. So I think I will persevere with what I am doing. Maybe I will lose a lot more next week.

A very disappointing 1lb loss this week. I shouldn't have had the bag of nuts!

week 1 - 7 lbs - 12st 2lbs
week 2 -3 lbs - 11st 13lbs
week 3 - 2 lbs - 11st 11lbs
week 4 - 2 lbs - 11st 9lbs
week 5 - 0 lbs - 11st 9lbs
week 6 - 3 lbs - 11st 6lbs
week 7 - 0 lbs - 11st 6lbs
week 8 - 1 lb - 11st 5lbs
 
well done cheeky mare a loss is a loss, im day 13 and lost 9 pounds 100%ss i expected more but then im just greatful that ive made it to day 13 i know this time i mean business, keep it up look forward to seeing your losses x
 
I fell off the wagon. I had my birthday in March, then came mother's day, then I caught that awful cold that lasted 3 weeks. Then came Easter! :(

I have started again as from yesterday. I managed to gain 5 lbs so fingers crossed I can lose it quickly.


week 1 - 7 lbs - 12st 2lbs
week 2 -3 lbs - 11st 13lbs
week 3 - 2 lbs - 11st 11lbs
week 4 - 2 lbs - 11st 9lbs
week 5 - 0 lbs - 11st 9lbs

Im the same had two weeks off for easter put on seven pounds but olost 36 pound in six weeks before so not unhappy about 7 pounds started back today and am starvung cant wait to go into ketosis in currently 13.10 going on holiday on 7 june and want to lose 2 stone good luck
