I'm back, but this time for good

So, I'm on day one again....

i first cd in September two years ago, and the weight fell off, and I loved it...

however having got got to goal I then just started eating and didn't follow the steps and I think that's my problem... I regained the majority of the weight I lost, we'll accept for 1 stone, so I now have at least 4 stone to lose again!!!

So today is day one again, and I really want to do this....

any my help and support would be greatly appreciated... 😃

So day 1 is in the bag... And now starting day 2...

So far I've had one pint and am just thinking about having my first shake of the day...

I've only got choc mint shakes which I always enjoy but worry that I'll get bored... What's everyone else's favourites??

So hoping for a good 100% day today... Hoping it shouldn't be too hard, but worried as back to work tomorrow and I always find work hard and just want to eat all the biccys!!!

Does anyone else have problems with just wanting to munch on biscuits? All the time??

Just finished my first shake and am almost finished on pint of water no 1!! ?

Just hoping I can stay strong at work today, I usually get desperate for biscuits and munch!!! ?

Must stay strong and keep glugging that water!

    Hi tomnkatesmum!

I'm just finishing my day one today. And I know it sounds stupid but in really proud of following the plan 100% I'm gona take it one day at a time and each day I stick to it is a complete achievement. I figure just deal with it one day at a time and not like 'oh no I can't eat for three months..' It's just 'I'm choosing not to eat TODAY...' And then hopefully I'll continue to choose not to eat and stick to the plan!

How are u feeling? What have I got to look forward to?! Hehe

    Hi Jenn,

Well done for completing day 1 100%!!!

I did exactly the same, I didn't decide to restart fully but bought I would just try a product for breakfast Saturday, then lunch and then tea and suddenly day 1 was done!! ?

Having proved I could do 1 day, I decided to commit and have now completed day 3 100%!!!

I know it doesn't sound much, but I too am so proud of myself! I did CD amazingly back in 2012/13 and lost over 5 stone... I've since regained 4 stone!! ?. Never mind, this is a fresh start and I can do it!!!

My treat ?. I'm off to Egypt for Christmas, so it's a treat, but will also be great if I can fit into my clothes, otherwise I need to go shopping for a whole holiday wardrobe!!! But I WILL NOT buy new fat clothes!!!

    What's your treat??

    Xxxx

Also, keep glugging the water, it really makes a difference and can stop or reduce the ketosis nasty side affects!! ?

    Hi tomandkatesmum!

How r u feeling now on day three? Cuz tbh day one has been a breeze! Absolutely no problems whatsoever and i haven't even really been hungry?
I think the key is to be totally mentally ready cuz that's what's gona get u through.
So how come u put the weigh back on was it just going back to old ways? The diet itself seems pretty straight forward and it is afterwards that seems to be tricky. It's changing yur lifestyle forever isn't it? But I'm quite a gym bunny at heart so hopefully that'll help.

My treat? For me, doing this is something I've wanted for so long. And it's hopefully gona be like my Xmas pressie to myself by the time Xmas comes around I'm hoping to be mostly there!

    Hi Jenn,

Well done for starting, it's the hardest part!!

I have also found it a breeze, so far!! And much easier than I thought it might be!! I'm feeling really good, very positive and I reckon my head is in the right place!!

The diet is hugely straightforward, simple and works amazingly, but only if your head is in the right place!! That's the harder part!!

What are you weighing now and what do you want to lose?

    Xxx

    Hi angel,

Great to 'see' you here ?

Yep, I reckon the holiday will really help, specially as nothing fits now and I will not spend two weeks in Egypt in my work clothes or pj's!!! Lol!!!

Yeah I'm hoping for a my least a couple of stone off, I have 8 weeks so it's definitely doable. You've had some amazing losses and in such a short space of time... Loving keeping up with your journey, your very inspirational you know ?

You've made me blush, so many people much more inspirational than me but thank you :-)

How are you finding today ? You will very soon be in ketosis if tour not already there, embrace the cold feeling and bad breath as sure enough it's a sign the fat burning will begin :-) :-) :-)
I'm a strange one as I love all of the side effects, it shows me I'm doing it right lol x x x x

Well that's one way of looking at it!! Lol!!

I'm doing really good hun ?

Had a great day at work, and I was worried as I normally pig out on biscuits in the afternoon but strangely it didn't even cross my mind!!

I've just finished my last product for the day, I'm living off chocolate mint shakes, but thankfully I really enjoy them ?

You are inspirational though, it's great to see someone who's restarted and is succeeding and succeeding 100%

I previously restarted and spoke to other restarters and they all struggled and cheated and it kinda makes you feel it's impossible!!! But knowing you've been 100% for weeks makes me want to do it too... If you know what I mean?

    Sorry I'm rambling!!! ?

Nothing like a ramble, I do it all of the time but I think it helps.

Being 100% is all down to our state of mind, if we believe in ourselves we can achieve anything :-)
Well done on resisting the afternoon bikkies, keep up the great work x x x

I'm restarting next week after losing 4 stone last year. I came off the diet thinking I could control it, I was wrong. Didn't follow the steps. I only could manage the shakes, r u doing sole source.
