    Hiiii anyone out there???

    Hi
    I'm on day 3 of cs and wondered if anyone out there wanted to join me ? I have 4.5 stone to lose :0( and feel like I'm never gona get there any help is much appreciated also I'm worried I'm gona lose it then put it all back on and more?

    Hi, new to CS how are you getting on now???

    I am on day 1 and just had my shake and doing ok but going for my pear soon. dinner all sorted roast chicken with veggies.

    goal 1: lose 7lb.
    goal 2: lose 1 stone.
    goal 3: lose 1 half stone
    goal 4: lose 2 stone.
    goal 5: BMI under 30

    Want to lose by May 2013 have 15 weeks and wedding dress is in 14/16

    hi! I'm new to CS, started it yesterday, combining the plan with 3 visits to the gym a week! got about 4 stone to lose but feeling optimistic!! good luck everyone!

    oo i love the latte one have you tried cookies and cream? omg...!! ha!

    just had my meal of 2 eggs and mushrooms cooked like an omelette (no milk) with a small amount of cheese, and a pint of water! then nice caramel shake after the gym later

    well having to start monday been ill all this week got stomach flu so ill at the mo so fresh start monday
