Thread: Does anyone have home fitness equipment?

I have just bid on a stepper machine on ebay - was wondering if anyone else uses home gym equipment and how often, how long they use it for?

lol!! Hey hun, i used to have a stepper, and since then i've bought dumbells. I've not started using them yet, but will be doing them every other day from March. I used to use the stepper 30 mins every other day, but i started out only doing 10 mins.. xx
