Mel's Last Stop - Dukan Diet
Hello again :-)
I've finally started my new diary, but I'm soo tired I can't write another word. I'll update everything tomorrow.

Day 1 - ATTACK (1 of 5)
I was soo knackered yesterday that I didn't get to update my new diary. I intend to record my Dukan journey highlighting what I've eaten, drunk, my mood and hopefully weight loss ;-)
For those of you who are kind enough to follow me I'll try my best not to bore you senseless but I'd appreciate any feedback you can give
Weight 205.4 :O
Chicken pieces grilled
Half roast chicken
Sample of freshly baked cinnamon muffin :blush;
More than 3ltr water
Mood - optimistic
Exercise - does housework count?
All in all I thought it was a good first day. I had to sample the muffins because it was my first time baking with bran, yoghurt and sweeteners and I wanted to see if they were as goodie as my "regular" muffins. Well they ain't but they are edible. I guess my palate will just have to adjust to them, as I'm not giving up on this diet!!

Back at work which is helping with the want to eat crap.

I'm so chuffed that I've gotten through day 2.
I learned today that one of my colleagues has been on Dukan since the beginning on December. She took a week off at Christmas but has lost a stone so far. My boss started last week and lost 7lbs in her 3 day attack. I'm soo glad that people I know are getting good results. It inspires me to keep going and it's good to have others close by that I can swap tips with. Even my crazy friend who I work closely with is saying she's gonna start tomorrow!
I know I hope so too but something tells me that it ain't gin last for eve LOL
