    Lose baby weight mission

    Hi all I think I have been on every forum on here lol , I'm going to give this a try sounds like something I can stick with.
    I'm 28 and my son is 15 months! I put on six stones whilst pregnant! I managed to lose four last year. But have been struggling with the last two ((((
    I'm going to keep a diary on here of what I eat in the attack phase! Please feel free to tell me if I'm doing something wrong. ( still waiting for the book)

    Starting weight 13:2 ( o yes I'm a daily weigher)

    Day 1

    Weight 13.3 oops
    On my way to a 13 hr shift, this is what I'll b eating today


    Breakfast
    B- muller light yogurt
    L- salmon +egg
    D- chicken breast sprinkled oat bran on top. ( I think)


    Drinks -water, diet coke.

    No exercise ( 13 hr shift will b very tired)

    Me too but I find, on this diet, that the protein helps no end... you'll find all sorts of recipes using tolerated ingredients, including low fat cocoa, but I'd advise you keep well away. At least at the outset. Particularly if, like me, you're a chocoloholic. A little is never quite enough!

    Youu really can (and probably should) eat a lot more protein than that, if you've the time and inclination. Perhaps on a day off you might make yourself some muffins or galettes with your oatbran and freeze them.


    13hr shift? May I ask what you do? And do you work unsociable hours too?
