If you cook it for 1 min on both sides it will be very crunchy.
Just keep an eye on it though if doing that as there is a chance it may burn, depending on the strength of your microwave.
Surprising how much they hold together when dunked in a cuppa when they are crunchier.

I made one of these last night. I read the recipe last week and tried it last night from memory-I didnt do too bad.
It was very handy as I hadnt had my oatbran and wasnt that hungry-a quick snack and pretty tasty

I made these tonight.... they were fab. I made 5 in 2 batches - the first three were more like the galette, the last two were crunchy like biscuits - think I made them a bit thinner. Thanks. Was thinking I might make a big batch to take camping next weekend....Does anyone know if they keep ok for a couple of days?
Week 1: -1.6kg
Week 2: -0.8kg
Week 3: -0.5kg
I can't wait for a day when I forget my oat bran intake as an excuse to make these!
