    1. Never buy anything bigger than a size 16.
    2. Meal plan and write/log everything down.
    3. If I fall off plan on my diet, don't wait until the next day to restart. Brush my teeth, and restart straight away.
    4. Don't overeat. Only eat enough so that I could go for a decent walk straight after eating, even if I'm not.
    5. Exercise for a minimum of 30 mins 5 times a week
    6. Always, always weigh in on a Tuesday. Except when away on holiday
    7. Only ever drink alcohol in social occasions - never alone.

    Goals

    1. BMI under 35 - 16st 13lbs
    2. BMI of 32.5 - 15st 10lbs
    3. BMI of 30 - 14st 7lbs
    4. Overweight - 14st 6lbs.
    5. BMI of 27.5 13st 4lbs
    6. Feel comfy in a size 14.

    Morning all. Sooo groggy after nights ended yesterday. Could I sleep? Could I heckers like. Anyone else having trouble dropping off on this diet? Well, post night shift weigh in is true to form its reading as 1.5lbs up which has to be fluid because I've been totally 100% and drunk loads of water. I'm going back to weighing when I'm feeling good instead of once a week. I felt much happier then. Chai latte for breaky, yum yum yum. I would drink those even if I wasn't dieting. I got a blouse on this morning which has never been warn. I have to leave the bottom button open when I sit down but I'm chuffed to bits .

    Off to a house warming party today at a friends house. She makes her own chocolates so Ill have to be straight with her.

    Hope everyone's week is going well and the weekend isn't presenting too many challenges.

    I struggle sometimes with sleeping when I'm in ketosis too
    Ironing helps. ....
    Actually thinking of ironing makes me sleepy !!!!

    Ironing? I'm looking for sleep, not a coma . Maybe I should give it a whirl. I resorted to NyQuil last night. It worked but I feel spaced. I've also got the munches which I think I can blame in the NyQuil. Strong thoughts when faced with impending buffet !

    I went to my friends house this morning to see her new grand daughter. She was holding open house in the afternoon but I did not want the wine etc so phoned when I came out of the gym and asked if it would be ok to come then. It was my way of avoiding temptation and I got a nurse of the baby!

    Well, the house warming was small. Only 4 people when we got there and 3 left almost straight away. My friend had gone to a lot of trouble and expense and put on loads of food but several people cancelled apparently. She lives on her own too. Nice flat but we felt dreadful as no one else appeared to have eaten anything either. We were the last to arrive, no one else coming and She was disappointed So we tried what she had made. I stuck to protein and olives and said I was full when she wanted me to try other stuff. My OH went the whole hog. I guess it counts as aam day but I am annoyed I always come off this diet to spare someone else's feelings. How do I get myself into these situations? Well, no damage done. My dog must've eaten something I didn't see because he's been really sick since we got back. Sleepless night for us then work early.
