    Lightbulb Shrimp's journey!...and this time it's going to be a success

    I have spent a month reading other people's and thought I should start my own.

    Being small I have spend years on and off diets, some of them working and others not! I do think that I have struggled on the whole to be motivated and have always said that 'if I really wanted to be slim I would be'...but it has never happened other than on a couple of occasions.

    the last time I got pregnant ( think my husband must have lied me slim!)

    so this is it...I was on CB 2 years ago and did get done to a nice size 12 but like a lot f people it all went back on.

    so this is my commitment to myself...

    this time I am determined that I will get to the size I want to be......xxx

    A really great 2 mile walk with husband, daughter and the 2 dogs!

    not sure who enjoyed it the most...nice to be out in the fresh air watching the little lambs.

    Early night I think and then don't need to worry about going into the kitchen

    i am a little tired as the is the first week since the end of January that I have worked 5 days...but I am loving being able to work properly

    over and out for the evening

    I'm doing really well thanks! Think my head is in the right place this time round so I'm finding it a lot easier ~ I've been on one diet or another for the past ten years! and like you I feel this time I will get to goal!

    Up bright and early as always...35 minutes of exercise done and just finished a vanilla shake made up with 350g of weak coffee.

    Had a good day...took my daughter to McDonalds on the way back from the doctors. I so wanted a small frays, to the point that I wanted her to get one so I could sneak a hip. She refused!! Good girl.

    i bought a bag of carrots, that were tasteless and not worth it!
    I'm not sure if that makes me good or my girl?

    Work was not as buy as today...so fingers crossed I will b made busy moor row...those targets need to gt hit!

    had my soup tonight and another 20 minutes of exercise...bath and bed or me as I m shattered

    I was a bit mad his afternoon..told OH that I had lost another 2ld making 6ld and all he said was" you can't tell". Not really what I wanted to hear!

    Up to a shake and a coffee! Could not ride the horses as we had a car rally oing through the village all morning and into the afternoon but ended up doing gardening for an hour and a half. First time we had cut the grass this year.

    with all the exercise decided to have a little sandwich with the family for lunch. I am already out of ketosis but well under 1000 calories.....so should be alright. I will be having a soup for my tea before having my bath and packing my suitcase for tomorrow.

    I will struggle to keep on sous and shakes over next 4 days so need o make right right choices. I have 4 days of meetings ( 2 of them on a cruise ship). Really not good when I am on bas and shakes.

    hiya well done on loss! Hubbies never notice at first hun, he will though. I'm doing ok, had a couple of wobbly moments but nibbled boiled eggs rather than lose ketosis, keep going and stay strong.

    ps headaches not too bad but been havin loads of shakes with coffee! Have been really tired though xx

    What a 2days...stuck on a coach up and own to Southampton! Had shakes and bars...however last night had to eat as at a dinner meeting but chose miso soup small salad (no dressing) and lobster and prawns no sauce. The only issue was I did have a few glasses of wine.

    Today had a salad for lunch but tonight I am home and back on the soups
