    Re - start need help!!!

    I am re- starting tomorrow and need all the help I can get. I have ballooned over the years and my skinny sis has done the same. However, this year she started running 30min each day. She has been amazing and has went from a size 20 to an 8. We have agreed to do a 5k together in march and I need to start training/ dying tomorrow and was wondering if a fat and unfit girl can really do a couch to 5 k and do exante.???!

    Thanks, first shake down. I mix every one with coffee and hot water so breakfast was a banana coffee. Not everyone's cup of tea but I wouldn't survive without doing it this way. I can't drink the shakes cold as I find the taste rather rotten. Well I have a busy day lots of DIY and decorating so hope that takes my mind of things. Stress is one of the main reasons I over eat snd I need all my will power not to cave :-)

    Well I ended up in a bit of mental binge last few days but Xmas and new year over here I go again . Any support is welcome and I could do with some success story's having read the thread I am keen to get to goal. I haven't weighed today and no I have put on weight this week but dread to think I have went into the 100kg last weigh in I was 98.7. I like to weigh in on a sat so will try and hold of weighing till next sat. I should hopefully see I big drop in weight and this will keep me motivated. Best of luck everyone :-)

    I restarted today but I have weighed in. i've had a massive gain so I've now got a massive incentive to stick to TS. It's still been very difficult today though!

    No what you mean about the sore head. I find that if I drink enough caffeine and water that I can sometime ward them off. Good luck :-)

    Well have made it through day 1 and just having my first shake. Well hot choc coffee. My head is rather sore and I didn't sleep well. I also have a dentist appointment which may result in me needing a crown. Just what I need straight after Xmas :-( I suffer from migraine and just hope this headache disappears and doesn't become one. I no this is the simplest way for me to loose weight I sometimes I slip into ketosis with little bother even if I have just come from a binge. However, other times I genuinely feel I could just give up the will as I feel so bad. Just hope this is a relatively easy one as I go back to work on mon :-(. Here,s to a lottery win :-)

    Hi. Well done so far! I got through yesterday but was starving and like you I struggled to get any sleep in. I've just had my second shake of the day and am still hungry. I hope your headache goes and that you won't have to have a crown! Once these first 3 days are over it will hopefully be a lot easier!
