I am re- starting tomorrow and need all the help I can get. I have ballooned over the years and my skinny sis has done the same. However, this year she started running 30min each day. She has been amazing and has went from a size 20 to an 8. We have agreed to do a 5k together in march and I need to start training/ dying tomorrow and was wondering if a fat and unfit girl can really do a couch to 5 k and do exante.???!
