    Aw thanks hun, it wasnt an out if control binge I chose to have a treat cos I just felt so fed up and I wanted some tiny pleasure lol. I enjoyed it and I didn't binge, today all I had was a Sunday lunch and glass of wine so not continued it on. Don't think ill have a loss again this week but tomorrow I'm going to have a success express day tomorrow as I have my shopping coming thanks fir the support hun it means ALOT x

    i have been out in London today meeting a friend who I met in Thailand and managed to have a reasonably good day food and drink wise. I didn't strictly follow plan but avoided drinking a lot! I had one small bottle of beer and one vodka and diet coke (they didn't notice me just having diet cokes the rest of the time lol). Food wise I had a chicken mayo sarnie (wm bread as a hexb and syns for mayo) and a few chips (syns for these too)

    Nt too bad I don't think - I was on a red day. Prob more than I should have but quite controlled I think seeing as everyone else drank steadily!!

    Sounds like you made the best choices you could to endure you enjoyed yourself. Being on a diet doesn't mean never drinking or eating anything that's deemed as bad it's about keeping those times to a minimum and not over indulging. Moderation and being sensible. Well done hun xxx

    Argh I was doing so bloody well. And then I was Bleedin hungry so had an uncle bens express rice and a kit kat chunky of all things!!

    I'm so annoyed after I had done so well argh!!

    Today I am going to success express as much as possible (working lunch at a turkish restaurant) to try and recoup something. Grrr

    That does not a diet break. Put it in context, it wasnt a binge, yes it wasn't planned and it has probably taken you over syns but your not going to regain all the weight you've lost so far because of 1 choccie bar. Just try to work out why you slipped up and put plans in place to not do it again.

    I've been really good today, just waiting for my tuna quorn bakes to cook and I've do e a massive salad with them as I know they will be synned. Made a big pan if chicken veg and bean soup and had that for dinner, no snacks. The diet I'm following isn't strictly speaking Sw, I'm not cc either just listening to my body and trying to make good decisions, ill find out tomorrow if I've gone wrong or not lol

    Argh I know but I was doing really well and the last few days have been bad. But it's in the past so I have to forget about it and move on.

    I just get frustrated with myself because I know I can do it - I never thought booze was a problem before but looks like it is lol.

    I've not strictly been following Sw and I need to cos my skin has gone bab, but I'm bit gorging so it's paying off. I did have a takeaway tonight cos I had to leave Sw early due to stomach cramps, so I git a pasta in a tomato sauce with olives no cream, I did have some chips abd a piece or 3 of garlic bread lol but that literally all I've had all day and my cramps have stopped so was prob from not eating :/ was really bad though...can hunger cause stomach cramp?

    I'm not sure my love but I def always feel like im gonna throw up if I don't eat enough so it's possible.

    I stayed the same actually pleased with that as its star week so I'm obv not retaining water or anything. Feeling tired but good today

    Sorry to hear your having a rubbish time of it I know that certainly affects my motivation and desire to eat well, sounds like you e gotten away with a very small gsin so nip it in the bud before that small gain turns into a large one and your motivation lessens further. I think exercise is something that we never feel like doing until we start doing it, then we feel good and it becomes addictive. I can't preach to you about this as the snow screwed my plans up and I haven't been since, I am just so tired and it's soooo cold that the thought if going out at 8pm for a run makes me want to cry. But that's just it...the thought of it, when you do it you feel smug and virtuous, a d your the exercise queen, I need you to get back in it to gove me a much needed kick up the arse to do my running again. I'm meant to be going tomorrow, I NEED to go abd not find an excuse....what's your exercise plan??

    yes im with you, im not going running tonight though as honestly and yes this is a cop out but i cant cope with the cold!!! i think its cos im not eating properly, im literally shaking all the time, im currentlky sat with a blanket around me! i have done 4 hours intense cleaning today at work for my mum to pay back some of the money i owe her lol, so i have done exercise. i need to build a plan for stuff to do in the house....i do have the 30DS but its hard when i have hubby off sick and 2 kids running about, but i am going to have to try to make time, im flabby and i hate it. so im in, feel free to give me an ass kicking. yes my eating has been appalling again last 2 days, not eating all day then eating too much and crap food later. today ive been really good and tomorrow i am soooo busy again, driving lesson then cleaning again in the afternoon but i need to make time for batch cooking this weekend so i have some quick grab things to eat. drank loads of water yesterday and already feeling better today, so need to carry on with that. lets do this

    My last 2 says haven't been good food or exercise wise as I have been hectic with work. I was working on the mid staffs public inquiry into a failing hospital (you might have seen it on the news) so been eating on the fly. On a plus side I have been running around like a blue arsed fly so I guess that's exercise to an extent

    A believer in rest days between exercise, once you got used to it after a few months then I'd do it every day but certainly not from the off. You do do ALOT of jumping though I must say but it's not for long, it's only 3 sets of 2 minutes. Yes I could do sit ups in my room, I need to be more disciplined. I have just had some crisps and chocolate with my syns from today after a massive row with the hubby. Thought that was quite good, I had just 6 squares of dairy milk. I wanted wine x
