I am in total awe of you and only on day three of my journey. I have to ask, I noticed you maintained in the first three weeks of RF and lost in the 4th. Can I ask did you do anything differently on the 4th week?
Hi, I am in my first week of Lipotrim and I want to refeed in three weeks time. Problem is I will be travelling home from China then and would like to know what I can refeed with that will be available on the plane and/or in the airport.

Can I ask why your wanting to do a re~feed so soon after starting? You say you want to lose 17kg which i think is roughly 2 stone 9lbs, are you hoping to acheieve this in the 3 weeks? Its very possible.... so if thats the case then, look for the re~feed stcky info sheet by mini (one of the moderators) Or pm her she will sort you out with the details.... good luckL xx

^^ Thanks - I thought I would be refeeding as I won't have any shakes left but I might ration my shakes to make them last until I get home and stay on shakes once I get home. See how it goes.
I see you have suggested elsewhere that I could get away with some chicken and or tuna whilst travelling if I have no shakes left. Oh decisions, decisions, decisions!

Hi - yes still on the shakes and quite enjoying them actually.
There is no doubt it's easier doing this diet here at work as I can avoid temptation. It will be a different kettle of fish when I get home as I adore Pizza Hut and McDonald's Double Sausage egg McMuffins are just sublime. All with diet Coke off course - I don't want to get fat!
Somebody onboard had some Lipotrim shakes so I traded two strawberry for a Vanilla and a Chicken soup. Had the chicken soup last night and found it quite tasty. Had it hot, first hot "meal" for 8 days.
