    Man on a mission

    Well over winter I have gained over a stone and a half, whilst friends say I look ok I feel horrible.

    I've done SnS before so here again, start on Monday so will track my progress....

    I'm 15 stone and just for feel right, i know most people like men with a bit of meat, that's great, I don't like it ha!

    Well, 4 week simplicity plan ordered and paid for, looking forward to starting Monday.

    My plan is: porridge or shake for breakfast, shake for lunch, meal pack and then a bar at supper.

    Will post stays on Monday, eek!

    This weekend will be my final gluttonous adventure, after uni today I'm cooking a lamb curry (and can't bloody wait)

    Haha! Pakoras are pretty simple, hence the reason to drop a few lbs.

    Well today is the day, before I go weigh myself and get vegetables in: I'm on the simplicity plan, it says no protein at all, is this true?

    Hiya,

    Simplicity is 4 packs (5 for men) + 200g Vegetables

    Lifestyle is 3 packs (4 for men) + 200g Vegetables + 100g protein.

    The only difference is the protein, your just swapping a pack for the protein.

    Remember you can switch plans from day to day so you can start off on Simplicity and see how you feel then if you want protein just cut out a pack x
