I just made no-cal/carb ginger beer
And it was yummy
i put about a teaspoon of ground ginger in a glass, put in 1 teaspoon of stevia based sweetner and topped up with fizzy water.
it was yummy and I'm going back to make another one

Also did S&S in 2012 and went from 16.9 to 13.10 in 13 weeks, then came off it maintained for 6 months then it crept back on. Got pregnant, lost the baby, put on weight.
now have decided not to try again, but instead get back to me! 12 stone/size 12/14 long legged big green eyed gal xx
