    Monday weigh in all wecome ?

    Starting a new thread for Mondays my starting weight on Monday was 13stone 12 anybody else weighing in on Monday to join me and Kirstie x

    Can I join you girls? I was a Saturday weigher but I took 2 weeks off for Xmas and new year and restarted last Monday so I'm just going to stick with doing my weigh-ins on a Monday.

    Last Monday I was 13st exactly x
    My Slim for Summer Challenge

    Wks 1 -4 - Lost 14lbs
    Wks 5-8 - Lost 11lbs
    Wks 9-10 - (Xmas Break) - Gained 10lbs
    Wks 11-12 - Lost 8lbs so far this month

    Get into the 13s
    Get into the 12s

    Get into the 11s
    Get to Goal Weight of 11 stone
    Get into the 10s (To give me wiggle room for refeed)
