    Hello!

    I'm just starting slimfast as I really need to drop some of the weight that I've clung to since having my wee boy 15 months ago!

    Been putting it off for far too long, and it's finally time to step up and make a change!

    So starting weight is 11.4, got lots of slimfast supplies and would love to find some people also attempting slimfast?

    Hello :-) I went shopping last week and bought slim fast. I decided I want to give it a try and am very focused. I decided to start tomorrow morning. New week, new start. :-)

    Hello!

    My plan is to try to mostly stick to slimfast but also calorie count so that if I go off track with the shakes then I can still remain accountable?

    When I am at home all day I find it so difficult not to snack on rubbish and don't have any steady exercise routine - so hoping to just incorporate at least a small walk each day.

    Welcome aboard, I started two weeks ago and was doing really well, this weekend I have been bad, but back to it tomorrow and go for another few weeks. On the bright side though my sister said I looked like I had lost a wee bit so that's a start.
