Lunch: Salad, jalapeno hummus & carrot sticks, 2 Marmite bites (HEXA/B)
Tea: Quorn curry (3.5 syns for tomato puree, oil & pickle)
Snacks: apple, satsumas, Quorn slices, fat free yoghurt

Saturday Syn Day again!




So it's kind of a creative project as well as a healthy eating plan. I dont know whats going to happen in September when I go back to uni
I hope I can keep it up.
