This is not only my first diary entry but also my first post.. As a long time lurker, I've decided to take the plunge! I've lost weight with Slimming World successfully before and love the plan. So now here I am again after the birth of my gorgeous babies. I'm not going to group at the moment, just because an hour free is a valuable chance to sleep But, if I feel I'm not cutting the mustard on my own, I will rejoin.
Any advice, tips and comments gratefully received
Here are some goals to keep me focussed..
Get into 12s
Lose a stone (12st 10)
Lose 10% - 12st 1
Get into 11s
Lose 2 stone (11st 10)
Get into 10s!
Fit my wedding rings back on!
Fit back into some non maternity jeans
Fit into the white cropped size 12 trousers
