Slims Green & Success Express Food Diary

Hi Everyone!

Welcome to my food diary. I am Sarah, I'm 27 and I'm getting married this year :D
I lost 40lbs last year and I am starting to feel more body confident, after 3 months off Yikes!! (But no weight gain I may add) I am ready to try and reach my target!

I plan to do Green Days and success express. I'll get straight to it and plan tomorrows food.

Green Day

Breakfast
Homemade Quiche (1/2a + 2s) Clementine
Lunch
Sundried tomato couscous (2), Beetroot, cucumber, Cottage Cheese + 2 Ryvita (Part of b)
Banana
Dinner
2 x Meatfree Lincolnshire Sausage (3), carrot, mushy peas, beetroot
Snacks
1/2 Mango, Mullerlight Yogurt, Apple, Clementine, 1 Ryvita (Part of b) Houmous (1) + Banana Muffin (b) milk for tea (1/2 a) Crisps (5) Popcorn (2)

=15 Syns

The banana muffin is all free ingredients apart from the oats but used 35g therefore my 'B' choice

I am a bit worried about thursday as we are going for chips on work lunch break. It isn't a usual thing we do so I am still going to go. But I may have to use flexi syns. I was thinking I could get chips (17.5syns??) and mushy peas. Often in the past I have ordered just the fish with no chips. Looking forward to my first sucess express day too. If I had more fruit and veg in I would have done that tomorrow!

Any advice on my first menu

35g Porridge (b) Milk (a) Grated Apple, Orange
Lunch
Cous Cous (2s) beetroot, cucumber, celery
Dinner
Spinach & Lentil Dahl with Carrots Beetroot Salad
Snacks
Banana, Mango, Apple, Graze dried fruit box (5.5s), 6 x Crisp Bread (b) Carrot Sticks, Muller Light
 
going to keep an eye on this as I want to do some success express and have no idea where to start!! good luck and well done on the loss so far, fab! x
